At Chastain Horse Park, our Horses for
Heroes Program addresses the issues faced by troops returning from war with combat related trauma such as traumatic brain
injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD). Many of these troops are facing stressed marital and family relationships
and equine assisted activities help bridge the gap between active duty military and civilian life
